East Coast Tour Elysburg to Bakers Mills

So we met Rachel, Robb, Mason, Drue, Caden and Corbin in Elysburg to visit Knobels Grove. What an awesome park and most of my summers growing up I spent at least one day there even though we never lived close. It is a free admission park where you pay per ride or can get a wristband depending on the day of the week. The food is my favorite part. I do like the roller coasters and all the oldie but goodies but to be quite honest in my older age I visit there for the food. The kids all had a wonderful time and we made some great memories in the park. My camera battery died so this is the only picture I have. Drue and the top of Hadleigh's head in the cars. The kids rode lots of rides and we ate lots of food and had a really good day!
Knobels also has what they call the Crystal Pool. It consists of a large pool with some slides in the middle, a decent size kids area, some water slides and the net of fun. The adults that did the net of fun will tell you they did not have any fun. With shoes on it would have been a different story so mental note next time take our shoes! We spent all day at the pool and then headed back to the hotel for a quiet movie night for the kids and lots of well needed rest!

Next stop Bakers Mills, NY. It took us a good portion of the day to drive and then we got to spend some great time with the family. We had fantastic hosts and in the days to come got to relax and see some great parts of New York.
